Flybe offers flights from Norwich, Southampton, Exeter, Birmingham and Guernsey to Malaga, Murcia, Alicante and Palma de Mallorca.

Iberia is the Spanish national airline which offers regular flights from Aberdeen, Birmingham, Dublin, Edinburgh, Glasgow, London Heathrow, Manchester and Newcastle to 33 destinations in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearics.
Ryanair offer plenty routes but beware of their strict and forever changing luggage policy. They also seem to operate a stricy policy of minimal customer service. There are plenty other budget airlines around!
Air Berlin offers services from Stansted and Manchester airports to many Spanish airports.

Aer Lingus are now offering flights from Cork and Dublin to some of the more popular Spanish destinations.

Tarleton Travel offer flights to Almeria and Menorca from a growing number of English airports.
Spain has a good network of domestic flight connections though finding cheap deals isn't easy. The three main operators are Iberia, www.iberia.com, Spanair, www.spanair.com, and Air Europa, www.aireuropa.es. Between them they provide services between all major cities in Spain.
The new Catalan airline www.vueling.com provide some good internal flights as well as routes to central Europe.
